Tom Vagi- Service Manager
Tom has been working on imported cars for
16 years, 7 of them in the dealer network
for both Mercedes-Benz and Audi. When he left the Mercedes-Benz dealer,
he was one of the top electrical specialists there. He left the Audi
dealer
as a certified Audi Technical Specialist. He is an ASE Certified
Master Technician
and Service Advisor as well as a graduate of Plattsburgh State University.
He is from Plattsburgh and has lived here nearly all of his life.
Robert Plank - Technician
Robbie is our Service Advisor. He has over 15 years of experience in Automotive Repair, with 8 of those years on Volkswagen and Audi products. He came to us as a certified Volkswagen Technician, and Touareg specialist. He is an ASE Certified Service Advisor, and generally just a heck of a guy.
Kent Becker - Sales Manager
Kent is our Sales Manager. He comes to us after working for Snap-On Tools for 6 years. Prior to that, he was a master toolmaker in microchip production for IBM.
Mike Stephenson - Parts Manager
Mike is our Parts Manager. He retired from the US Air Force as a Major. He has extensive mechanical experience in everything from Jets and Ships to Cars and Motorcycles. If you need a part – you have to talk to Mike!
