our philosophy It is our feeling most people buy a German
car because of the reputation German manufacturers have for quality,
reliability, and outright craftsmanship. We believe German cars
should be maintained and repaired using the same attention to
detail, patience and craftsmanship used in their concept and
construction. After all, what good is it to buy a properly engineered
vehicle, only to take it to someone who won’t properly
maintain it? Our commitment to you is:
- We hand pick replacement parts to install on your car – if
we wouldn’t use it on our own cars (and we are borderline
fanatical about our own cars too), we won’t use it
on your car.
- We make every effort to tell you about things that are
worn or beginning to fail, so you are able to plan repairs,
rather
than carry them out in a rush when
a failure has already occurred. We can’t predict the future, but
any preemptive maintenance that prevents an emergency is always good
in our view.
- No pressure. Ever. We feel it is our responsibility to
give you a thorough assessment of your car, but we know it
is
your responsibility to do what you
think is right in repairing it.
- We always take time out to talk with our customers. If
you have a question – any
question about your car, we are always happy to either answer it immediately,
or find an answer to it (and we’re pretty friendly).
If you aren’t already one of our customers, try us out. You’ll be
pleasantly surprised.
